The Gold File – Charity Connect 1,183,327 Records

The charity data held within the Gold File is based on actual / transactional data collected in conjunction with 20 charities. Charities have added their data to the pool in order to benefit from free data cleaning / bureau work and discounted data enhancement.

The Charity Connect file can also be overlaid with any of the 300 selections that are available on the Gold File, which means it is possible to manipulate the file so it is responsive for all types of charity campaign including:

  • Cash Asks
  • Regular Giving
  • High Value
  • Legacy
  • Lotteries / Raffles

Examples of how this can be done can be seen below:

Legacy Donors – It has been possible to identify individuals who own their own home and are aged 70+ and are single or widowed. Share and home value are selectable and age can also be altered. All these selections have been overlaid with known charity donors from Charity Connect which is based on factual transactional data.

High Value Donors – These individuals have either 20K+ invested in shares, have a HH income of £60K+ or a house value of £400K+ or are a director with a prime credit rating. All these variables can be altered dependant on the donation required. These variables are based on factual information not lifestyle questionnaires.

Regular Giving – It has been possible to identify known charity donors who have above average disposable wealth and have higher than average propensities to donate regularly. The data set has been developed by identifying individuals who own a property worth over 250K and have lived there for over 10 years or have incomes in excess of £50K+ or have share values of £20K+.

Raffle / Sweep Donors – These individuals have donated to charity and have entered a raffle, lottery or sweep. It has been possible to combine several of our syndicate members databases in order to identify individuals that have a high propensity to enter a charity sweep or raffle.
